Alexej Vorobjov (or Alexey Vorobyov) will represent Russia with “Get You” at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest in Düsseldorf in Germany, taking place between the 10th and 14th of May.
Alexey Vladimirovich Vorobyov (which is a more correct spelling of the name) is a Russian singer and actor – performing both in Russian and English. Born January 19, 1988 in a place named Tula, which is located about 190 kilometers south of Moscow.
Alexey Vorobyov, also known under the name Alex Sparrow, competed in the Russian selection to Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song New Russian Kalinka. In year 2009 he competed again, now with the song Angelom Biht (Be An Angel).
